Principal Investigator: Elizabeth Capezuti, PhD, RN, FAAN, Professor, School of Nursing, Hunter College of the City University of New York

You are being asked to participate in this research study because you are a palliative/hospice or geriatric health care professional.

Poor quality of sleep is common among those with advanced serious illness. Several interventions have been demonstrated to improve sleep, however, it is not known the extent to which these are used and how healthcare professionals perceive the benefit or the feasibility of using these interventions.

All information collected is anonymous since we are not collecting any personally identifiable information. Your participation in this research is voluntary. If you have any questions, you can contact Dr. Capezuti at ec773@hunter.cuny.edu or 212-396-7155. Thank you very much for your time and cooperation.
