Several members of the GAPNA Education Committee recently published an article in The Journal of Nurse Practitioners addressing the differences in education and scope of practice of adult-gerontology primary care NPs, adult-gerontology acute care NPs, and family NPs and highlighting the crucial and unique assets adult-gerontology NPs bring to any health care system or practice.
