Post Acute/Long-Term Care

Improving Quality of Care and Life

by Improving Quality of Care and Life

The Post Acute Care/Long Term Care (PAC/LTC) Special Interest Group (SIG) meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month via a very interactive and open dialogue phone conference session.

The group offers (a) educational sessions on changes affecting NP practice within our industry landscape, (b) identification of ways to collaborate with other organizations, (c) discussion of challenges encountered in NP practices and ways to overcome those challenges, (d) putting together and sharing pearls of practice, and (e) resources to improve quality of care and quality of life for the patient population that we serve in our NP practices.

We eagerly wish to recruit new members and expand our PAC/LTC SIG to affect change for more NPs.

To join our next meeting, please email the chairs (below)!
