Our quarterly meeting on February 15, 2018, featured clinical nurse specialist and Chapter Treasurer Denise Wilson, APN, who presented an informative program on “Care of Patients with Ventricular Assistive Devices.”

Members were treated to 1 contact hour courtesy of the affiliate. Our annual dinner banquet was held May 2 at Francesca’s Fiore. The guest speaker was Dr. Mark Watson from Seasons Hospice Medical Group who discussed advanced directives.

CGAPN is celebrating its 20th Anniversary as a chapter in 2018 and plans are underway to commemorate this occasion.
